Baked Penne Pasta

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
3 cups penne pasta, cooked, drained
1 jar (700 mL) pasta sauce
1 Large Carrot Grated.
1 Bell Pepper cut into 1 inch cubes
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese Grated
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown meat in large skillet. Add the shredded Carrot and Bell Pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until pepper are tender. Add pasta, sauce and Parmesan cheese to the Ground Beef mixture.

Spoon Pasta Mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.

*** You can change the protein in this pasta bake to whatever you have on hand. I have made this with Sausage, Ground Chicken, Meatballs, whatever you have on hand. This is also great to use up any leftover meat you have.***
