Money Saving Tip: Fresh Breadcrumbs Made Easily At Home

If you have Kids, you more then likely have been asked one time or another to cut the crusts off the bread you are using to make them a sandwich.

Next time, Cut the crusts off the bread and put them in a freezer bag in your freezer (labeled of course). When you need some fresh breadcrumbs for that meatloaf you are making, just take that bag out of the freezer and process them through your food processor until they are perfect breadcrumbs.  Oh and no need to defrost the bread before you process it, I always just process it while it is still frozen and it works every time.
