Please Mum Safety Notice For Baby Girl Puddle Jumpers

We have identified a POTENTIAL CHOKING HAZARD with the ball on the zipper coming loose off of our Baby Girl Puddle Jumpers. At Please Mum, child safety and protection is of the utmost importance. As such, we want to make sure you, an important customer, are informed of this potential hazard.

IMMEDIATE ACTION:
If you have purchased a Baby Girl Puddle Jumper, anytime after January 2009:
1. Remove the ball off the zipper pull on this item (as per the image above)
OR
2. Bring it to the Please Mum store location nearest you and we would be happy to remove it for you (to find a store near you, click here).

For new Purchases: The ball on the zipper pull has been removed.
